Zumba Sticks For Weight Loss? You Bet!

I don't know about you but the mere mention of the words "work out" make me cringe and the thought of spending two or three hours a week in a fitness center doing boring, mindless, repetitive exercises makes me want to find a good bottle of Tequila and attempt to vanquish those thoughts. As for losing weight. If sweat is an indicator I get to drink an extra beer tonight. Zumba certainly is a full body workout and the addition of Zumba Sticks helps to build upper body endurance.
