Thinking of Getting Back Into Shape?
Did you make a resolution for the New Year to get back into shape? Well, you're not alone. Millions of people are joining health clubs in an effort to get on top of that ever increasing weight problem. We all have great intentions of getting into shape and for the first month we usually are committed enough to get in and get going. Everything is sort of new to us and we might get connected to a trainer for a few sessions so that we can have a path to follow. But somehow life gets in the way we start making excuses and miss once a week and that turns into maybe showing up once a week.
