For beginners, exercising is definitely a hard task. They may have the motivation and the drive to achieve their goals, but most of the time they don't have enough knowledge on what exercises they should do. And while some of them hire a personal trainer or enroll in a gym, others choose to watch videos and mimic the exercises that body builders do. So they end up either being injured from over- exercising or lose patience because they don't see any results. Then what exercise should a beginner do?
