Morning Running Leads to Better Sleep

Runners have always debated about the best time of day to run, and now there's a little more evidence supporting those who think morning running is best. New research presented at the Annual Meeting of the American College of Sports Medicine says that morning exercise leads to better sleep quality than afternoon or evening exercise.
