Home Gym Exercise Equipment for Everyone

Exercise is good for the young, the old, and for everyone. It improves our health, our energy, our mood, and our overall enjoyment in life. After getting your physician's approval, start off slowly, especially if you haven't exercised for a while. Get a heart rate monitor so you can stay within your limit, and a pedometer if you want to start a walking or running program. If you want or need to stay indoors, consider a small home gym. The equipment you choose can be large and of commercial quality, medium sized, or very small for travel or storage.
