I recently received the following email from reader Mary: "I am writing to you hoping you have some hints on how to get out of a 'running funk.'� I ran my first marathon in January.� Since then, I have barely run.� Although I want to run, I don't.� I am not sure what is going on.� And to make it all worse, I've gained weight from not exercising and eating junk food.� How do I get out of this rut?� I feel lost and don't know where to begin."
